IN LIFE
My name is Massimo Gessi, today a 73 years old youngster (so I feel). I interrupted my studies at Physics toward an only expected Astrophysics graduation just halfway when I realized that my life was not to be in the interstellar space but in a much lower place: the Earth's atmosphere having, few years earlier, become a pilot both on engine and sail planes, then I ended up as a professional Flight Engineer on Alitalia's airplanes. My Profession had been wiped out by computers on civil aviation but was transferred on board space ships; Samantha Cristoforetti is a Flight Engineer on board Soyuz. No comparison with AstroSamantha, she is Spatial, precisely.
Today I am retired, a golfer who plays and studies Golf so keeping myself healthy, brain awake and enjoying myself; all these are big contributors in bettering and lengthening my life.
WHO I AM NOT
I am not a megalomaniac; it is a fact proven by my Profession where for every single year, for a period lasted 33 years, I had been subjected to 4 professional examinations and two full medical examinations at the Air Force Medical Institute. No megalomaniac could ever reach the retirement age on board an airplane. It is necessary to specify that, because what I did for Golf with this system of mine could indeed put the question.
